Upload and attach reference media
Give each image, clip or audio file a clear role in the production.
Attach media where it will be used
Use Media when setting up a production, or the + reference control in a generation, Regenerate or Refix dialog. Select from your available assets or upload a supported file. Wait for the file to finish processing and check its preview before submitting the action. Uploading a file alone does not select it for every shot.
Explain the role of each attachment
Say whether a file defines a face, a location, wardrobe, an object, camera style or a voice. If a reference includes several subjects, identify which one matters. Keep references clear and compatible. A model may accept images but not video or audio, and limits on the number and duration of references vary.
Keep only useful references
Remove outdated or contradictory attachments from the dialog. Inspect inherited references as well as new ones before regenerating. Use material you have permission to upload and use. When an upload is rejected, check the displayed format, duration and storage limits rather than repeatedly uploading the same file.
