Understand available, reserved and spent credits
See why a balance changes when work starts and how to check a disputed activity.
Available credits are what you can spend
Your available balance accounts for work already accepted. When you start a paid action, Rush reserves its quoted credits so they cannot also be spent on another action. Several concurrent jobs can therefore reduce the available balance before all their results arrive.
Completed and unsuccessful work
Completed work settles its reserved charge. When an eligible failure or cancellation is confirmed, the corresponding hold is released. Work still being checked can remain reserved until its outcome is known. Separately disclosed committed fees can still apply. A creative result you dislike is different from a confirmed technical failure.
Review an unexpected balance
Open Billing and compare activity, pending work and completed charges. Record the production or shot identifier and the time of the action. If the amount still looks wrong, contact support with those details. Do not repeatedly restart the same work while its outcome is unclear.
