Read a credit estimate before starting

Understand what changes a quote and what to check when an estimate is unavailable.

Set the inputs before comparing costs

Film length, model, resolution, media type, quality, variations and selected features can affect the estimate. Review the number beside the action you are about to accept. A production estimate is a planning guide; later regenerations, additional media and other separately accepted actions can add cost.

Review the current acceptance amount

Changing settings can change the quote. Wait for the current selection to update before confirming. Check your spendable balance and leave room for revisions if you are planning a longer project. Starting a paid action reserves the credits shown for that accepted work.

If the estimate is unavailable

Confirm a supported model and complete any required settings or references. Give the page time to load your account and catalogue options, then retry the estimate or reopen the action. Do not interpret an unavailable estimate as zero cost. If it persists, send support the selected model name, duration, resolution and visible error.
