Rush Films

Terms of Service

The terms for using Rush’s film studio, publishing services and programmes. Read these alongside the Privacy Policy, Content Policy and any specific terms you accept for a purchase or programme.

Effective 24 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-24.1

Who operates Rush

Rush is a brand and service operated by EVRYONE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17019176. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. “Rush”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Contact us at support@ticket.rush.film for service, legal, privacy and rights requests.

These terms apply to Rush Auto, Creative Studio, RushCut, Academy, public previews, Rush Watch, Casting, Creator Partners, referrals and related account and support services. Creating an account or accepting a paid activity forms a contract on the terms presented to you. The Privacy Policy is a notice about processing; reading it is not a substitute for any separate consent we need.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 to hold a Rush account. If you are under 18, use Rush with the permission of a parent or guardian and only where you can lawfully use and pay for the service. Actor licensing, receiving payouts and programmes requiring an adult agreement are restricted to people aged 18 or over. An organisation’s representative must have authority to act for it.

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and sign-in codes, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but these terms do not automatically make you liable for every unauthorised transaction. We may request proportionate verification for account access, licensing, payments, withdrawals or security.

Your content, rights and AI output

You retain rights you hold in your scripts, uploads, edits and other material. To the extent Rush owns transferable rights in output created for you, we assign those rights to you upon payment of applicable charges. This does not transfer rights in Rush’s software, models, templates, another person’s likeness, licensed assets or other third-party material.

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other output. We do not guarantee that every output attracts copyright, is exclusive, is free of third-party claims or is suitable for a particular commercial use. Review your film, factual claims and applicable permissions before publishing or relying on it.

You must have the rights and lawful permissions needed to upload, process and publish material, including faces, voices, music, trademarks and personal information. You grant us the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, generate, edit, deliver and support the services you request. A private production is not, by itself, permission for a public release or a separate likeness licence.

Quotes, credits and accepted activity

Rush credits provide access to eligible services; they are not a bank deposit, legal tender or an investment. Check the current quote, model, resolution, duration, variations, selected work and any separate licence or prompt fee before accepting a paid activity. Prices and eligibility may change for future purchases; they do not rewrite an already accepted receipt.

Accepted paid work reserves its quoted credits and reduces your available balance. Successful delivery settles the relevant reservation. Confirmed failure, or cancellation before the work has been accepted for processing, releases the applicable hold, except for any separately disclosed committed fee. Where the processing outcome is uncertain, the receipt may stay pending while we reconcile it. Work already accepted or delivered may remain chargeable.

A result that differs from your creative preference is not automatically a technical failure or an entitlement to unlimited free replacements. This does not remove remedies for services or digital content that fail to meet applicable legal standards. Free and promotional credits have the eligibility and expiry conditions disclosed with the grant and cannot fund paid Watch viewing, tips or cash-eligible earnings.

Subscriptions, checkout and cancellation

The checkout and your accepted plan describe the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal, included credits, access and any expiry or rollover conditions. Unlimited features are subject to the disclosed plan, model, scheduling and eligibility rules; they do not promise unrestricted use of every Rush service.

You can use the available billing controls to manage or cancel renewal, or send a clear cancellation request to our contact email. Cancelling renewal ordinarily leaves paid access available for the paid period unless the accepted terms or law provide otherwise. Account deletion and a refund request are separate actions.

Mandatory cooling-off, cancellation and refund rights apply where required by law. Starting services or supplying digital content during a cancellation period only affects those rights to the extent the law permits and the required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Nothing here makes a statutory refund conditional on accepting credits instead. Contact us with the payment reference so we can assess a cancellation, duplicate charge or defective service.

Public previews and Rush Watch

When you submit material for publication, you authorise Rush to host, transcode, reproduce, display, stream and promote the selected film, artwork, title, synopsis and credits for that release. This is a non-exclusive service permission, not ownership of your film. Only submit material you are entitled to distribute in that way.

Submissions require review. Home, Explore, featured and hero placements are curated and can be changed or removed. Only landscape films are eligible for featured placement, and portrait films are not accepted for Rush Watch. A Watch action on a preview is for a film at least five minutes long that is available in Watch; a public preview alone does not establish Watch approval.

Paid viewing access, price and any release-specific conditions are shown before acceptance. Viewing access does not permit copying, redistributing or extracting the film or its underlying assets. Any filmmaker revenue terms and fees must be read as displayed for the applicable release; public availability does not guarantee earnings.

Optional Recreate prompts

Only eligible Rush Auto films can offer Recreate. The submitting creator must opt in; the default is Not allowed. External films do not qualify. The option authorises Rush to prepare and offer a reusable creative brief or template-style prompt associated with that film. It does not grant unrestricted access to private source assets or transfer performer, music or other third-party rights.

The prompt unlock is 100 Rush credits where offered. Once an account has paid for that same prompt, later use by that account does not incur the same prompt fee again. New generation, licensing and other paid work remain separately chargeable at the quote accepted for the new production. A prompt is creative guidance, not a guarantee of an identical film or a licence to impersonate its cast.

Actor likeness and voice licensing

Actor Programme participation requires the separate agreement and consents recorded with the application. The selected licence, permitted formats, restrictions, rate, term, voice permissions and casting-approval choice govern the actual grant. A Free licence is not unrestricted permission. A Commercial licence is not a transferable ownership buyout.

Filmmakers must remain within the recorded permission and obtain any required casting approval. Do not resell references, create unrelated identity datasets or use someone’s likeness or voice beyond the licence. Withdrawal can stop future licensing but does not automatically recall every earlier lawfully distributed film. The personal agreement and mandatory law govern the effect on existing uses. Updating this page does not silently expand an accepted actor agreement.

Creator Partners and referrals

Creator Partner applications are reviewed using the information and public work supplied. Provide accurate social handles, follower counts, portfolio links and disclosures. Approval is not a guarantee of campaigns, monthly credits, employment, exclusivity or income. Specific benefits and obligations must be confirmed in the applicable programme or campaign terms.

Referral eligibility, rates, attribution periods, caps and withdrawal conditions are governed by the referral terms and any confirmed personal offer. Do not assume a commission on renewals or credit top-ups: the standard qualifying event is an eligible first paid subscription, subject to the applicable terms. Refunds, reversals, fraud and disputes can remove or reverse commission. Disclose paid partnerships and referral relationships as required by applicable law and platform rules.

Tips, earnings and withdrawals

You cannot tip yourself. Tips and paid Watch viewing must use eligible paid credits. Confirm the recipient and amount before acceptance. Promotional or free credits cannot be converted into cash through tipping, viewing, casting or similar arrangements.

An earnings balance is distinct from a spending-credit balance. Fees, conversion values, minimums, verification, review and payout conditions are those recorded or displayed for the applicable activity. A pending withdrawal is not a completed payment. You are responsible for tax obligations that apply to your earnings; Rush may retain or report records where legally required.

Support, acceptable use and safety

Our support assistant can help explain features and, after the required account verification, query supported generation, billing and status information. Providing an email address alone does not authorise disclosure of private account records. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card security codes or unnecessary sensitive information to chat. Automated answers may be mistaken; contact support for an unresolved matter.

Follow the Content Policy. Do not use Rush for exploitation, deceptive impersonation, infringement, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, security attacks or bypassing permissions and payment controls. We may restrict content, activity or accounts for a documented safety, legal, rights or service-integrity reason. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the issue and provide a way to ask for review. Access or export can be limited where needed to protect others or comply with law.

Service changes and responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability, models and features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. We will act reasonably when changing a paid service and provide any notice, cancellation or remedy required by the accepted terms and law.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. For consumers, we remain responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach; we do not exclude statutory rights in services or digital content. For business customers only, subject to those protections, liability for ordinary contractual claims is limited to fees paid or payable for the affected services in the preceding twelve months, and excludes indirect loss of profit not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes, disputes and contact

We will identify revised terms by date and give reasonable notice of material changes, with any additional notice or choice required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently broaden previously accepted personal permissions or alter settled receipts. Contact us if you need the terms associated with a specific transaction or agreement.

English and Welsh law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory protections of a consumer’s country of residence. Courts of England and Wales may hear disputes; consumers retain any right to use their local courts under applicable law. Try to resolve a concern with us at support@ticket.rush.film first. Nothing prevents you using a regulator, court or other remedy available to you.
