Operator and agreement records
Rush is a brand and service operated by EVRYONE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17019176. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. “Rush”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Contact us at support@ticket.rush.film for service, legal, privacy and rights requests.
This public guide accompanies the Terms of Service. It does not replace an accepted actor agreement, a specific casting licence or release terms. Use the personal agreement available from your application to inspect its version, accepted choices and permissions.
Licence scope
A Production licence is for the specified production. A Commercial licence covers the acquiring filmmaker account’s own qualifying productions during its recorded term and conditions. A Free licence removes the actor fee but keeps its scope, restrictions and approval requirements. None transfers ownership of the actor’s identity or authorises unrelated model training.
Check allowed formats, genres, duration, restrictions, expiry, voice permissions and approval settings. Do not extract, sell or transfer the references as a dataset or a reusable identity outside the permission granted.
Consent and casting
Actors must be at least 18 and must submit their own authentic identity and verification material. Where casting approval is required, the filmmaker must describe the production and obtain the required acceptance. Materially broader uses need the appropriate fresh permission.
Voice cloning is permitted only when the actor’s recorded choice authorises it. The public appearance of a photograph, recording or profile is not consent to create arbitrary performances.
Charges, earnings and withdrawal
The recorded agreement and transaction describe the actor rate, platform fee, eligible earnings and any payout conditions. Do not infer a universal fee, payout timetable or cancellation refund from a general description. Free or promotional credits cannot fund cash-eligible earnings.
Actors can withdraw an application or stop future licensing through Actor Programme. The effect on existing lawful licences and distribution follows the recorded agreement and mandatory law. Withdrawing permission does not automatically recall all earlier films, and it is separate from a privacy deletion request.
