Manage plans, credits and usage
Read estimates, reservations and receipts without confusing them.

In this lesson
- Understand available and reserved credits
- Check plan terms and billing records
Read the balance correctly
Available credits are what you can spend after existing reservations. Accepted paid work reserves its quote before it starts; a reservation can reduce what is available while the result is still pending. A completed charge and an active reservation are not the same event.
Check the activity receipt when something fails or is cancelled. A confirmed failure can release the relevant reservation, while a request whose outcome is still being checked may remain pending. Do not start duplicate work simply because a balance or progress display has not updated yet.
Choose a plan for your actual workflow
Compare the current plan and top-up options with your expected use. Look at included credits, billing interval, feature access and any conditions on Unlimited mode. Annual eligibility or model-specific limits matter; read the current checkout details rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Use Payments and billing records to check the amount, status and subscription period. Cancelling a renewal is different from deleting an account or requesting a refund. For a billing question, provide the account email and verify ownership through the Support flow; do not share a card security code or a sign-in code in chat.
Put it into practice
Read a current or sample activity record and label the estimate, reservation, completion and any release. Write down where you would find your subscription period and invoice.
- You do not count reserved credits as available
- You can locate the relevant payment or activity reference
