Watch films and understand viewing access
Use the film page to review the trailer, access terms and playback options.
Open the film’s own page
Browse Rush Watch and open a film to see its artwork, synopsis, filmmaker and available preview. Use that film page when sharing a Watch release. Only approved, available films should appear in the Watch catalogue.
Read access terms before accepting
Some films require credits to watch. Review the displayed price and access window before accepting, and sign in to the account you want to use. A viewing purchase is different from downloading an export or owning the rights to the film. The confirmation on the film page explains the access being offered.
Resolve playback problems
If a film will not play, check that you are signed into the account that obtained access and that its viewing period is still active. Try the player again after the connection stabilises. If access was charged but playback remains unavailable, contact support with the film title and transaction details, without sharing a login code.
