Troubleshoot playback, sound and export
Find whether the problem belongs to the preview, a source clip or the finished file.
Compare the source and the edit
Play the source clip, then the same moment in the timeline. If the source is correct but the edit is wrong, check clip timing, crop, audio levels and the transition. If the source contains the problem, editing alone may not repair the original performance.
Check browser and network conditions
Allow media to load and check whether the player is muted. A browser may block automatic sound until you interact. Retry on a stable connection and use a current browser. A portrait source should remain contained within the player; report layout growth with the route and screen size.
Review the exported file separately
If the issue also appears in the downloaded export, record the exact timestamp, clip boundary and export settings. If export failed, keep the project and note its status before starting another render. Provide support with the project identifier and the visible error so the failed operation can be distinguished from a playback-only issue.
