Keep your account and work safe
Use account controls and Support without exposing private credentials.

In this lesson
- Protect sign-in and licensing permissions
- Provide useful evidence for support
Keep identity and access separate
Use your own account and keep sign-in codes and account credentials private. Google sign-in and email sign-in should lead to the account you intend to use; check the account identity before purchasing or submitting work. Logging out is not the same as deleting the account or withdrawing a licence.
Only upload material you are authorised to process and publish. Review public profile details, film submissions and actor permissions deliberately. Private production material should not be assumed public simply because you generated it, and a public preview does not grant everyone unlimited rights to its source assets.
Make a support request actionable
Use the Support page or help.rush.film. For an account-specific query, provide the account email and complete the ownership-verification step. Email alone should not expose private generation or billing records. The assistant can help with supported status and account queries; it is not a reason to share passwords, one-time codes or full payment details.
Include the production or activity reference, what you expected, what happened and when. If an upload was interrupted, preserve the selected file and inspect the current state before retrying. If work is pending, check its receipt before accepting another paid generation. A concise, specific report helps resolve the actual issue.
Put it into practice
Draft a support request for a stalled shot using the feature, reference, time and expected result. Remove any secret credentials or unnecessary personal information.
- The report identifies one actionable problem
- Private account data requires verified ownership
