Choose aspect ratio, resolution and duration
Match the frame to your destination and keep generation settings realistic.
Choose the shape of the frame
Use a landscape frame for a wide viewing experience or a portrait frame for a vertical destination. Square and cinema ratios are available where supported. Set the intended ratio early: changing it later may crop faces, subtitles or important action. A portrait shot should fit within the player rather than requiring a taller page layout.
Use a supported resolution
The available resolutions depend on both the model and your account plan. A larger number of pixels does not automatically improve faces, movement or dialogue. Correct the creative problem before spending more on a higher resolution. Check the quote again after changing resolution.
Give the action enough time
Choose a clip duration the model supports and the scene can sustain. A short gesture needs less time than an exchange of dialogue. Film runtime and individual shot duration are separate choices. When editing mixed footage, review fit and crop in the final project frame before exporting.
